Breakfast

Our international buffet breakfast with freshly prepared food and beverages will take care of your daily energy boost. Selected teas, Italian coffee specialties, freshly squeezed juices and a variety of waffle and egg dishes are available.

Opening times:
Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm
Weekends and holidays from 7.00 am – 2.00 pm

EUR 28 per person.
Children up to 7 years of age are free of charge. Children between the ages of 8 and 14 pay half the price.

[m]eatery bar + restaurant

Attention steak lovers! At our restaurant [m]eatery we spoil you with dry-aged steaks from Europe, USA and South America, while our burgers, steak tatares and seafood dishes complete the upmarket menu.

Monday to Friday from 12.00 noon – 11.00 pm
Saturday and Sunday from 3.00 pm – 11.00 pm
Kitchen closes at 11.45 pm

Featuring a stylish green-themed décor, the [m]eatery bar welcomes guests from all around the world. Offering exclusive drinks this venue becomes the perfect location for every occasion.

[m]eatery restaurant

Meat lovers will experience delightful sensations at the highest level. Tender steaks from Argentina, the US and Europe are the protagonists of a truly unique flavour experience. The star product is the noble dry-aged beef prepared in our own ripening chamber, where the cattle is aged for up to nine weeks in high humidity conditions, slightly above freezing point. Creative burgers, fresh tatare and the finest seafood dishes complete the menu.

Selection of European [m]eatery pasture-fed cattle

Tender carpaccio, fresh tartare, strong mini beef tea, braised roast beef and a crunchy praline of oxtail make a varied appetizer.

[m]eatery Chopped Salad

Market-fresh salads and Olivetti tomatoes, spring onions, walnuts and French beans. A tomato and lime dressing gives this salad a refreshing lightness.

[m]eatery Beef Tea

Cooked in a jar, this strong broth obtains its intense aroma from minced beef and preparation in the oven.

Lobster Chowder

Aromatic lobster soup with potato pieces and fresh watercress.

New York Cut 400 g (14,1 oz)

Generous sirloin on the bone.

Bone-in Rib-Eye 600 g (21,2 oz)

Delicately marbled steak with a juicy eye of fat on the bone.

Filet Mignon 200 g (7,1 oz)

Tender as butter and very lean.

The steakhouse classic:
lobster tail, lobster claw and filet mignon 200 g (7,1 oz).

Vegetarian Beetroot-Quinoa-Burger

Raw grated beetroot, ginger and Parmesan in a wholemeal bun. Served with [m]eatery fries.

Beef Tartare

Grazing on lush grassland ensures that the meat of pasture-fed cattle is of the very best quality.

Tuna Tartare

Dark red tuna meat in sashimi quality provides an excellent alternative to steak tartare.

5,3 oz beef burger with tomato, [m]eatery BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, red onion rings and lettuce.

Avocado Beef Burger
