Great location, everything can be easily reached on foot or by subway. The next stop here is G\u00e4nsemarkt. Fantastic spa and fitness in the basement. The entire hotel is modern and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately there is no privacy in the toilet due to leaky glass doors. Even the creepy eco-friendly toilet paper doesn't fit into the otherwise very luxurious concept. Great staff! Breakfast is very expensive at \u20ac42 per person, but of excellent quality if you really want to eat in the hotel. Our stay here remains special.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

The rooms were very stylish and comfortable the staff were very professional and helpful the location of the hotel was very central, many shopping streets and sights were within easy reach the spa in the hotel was also very good, I spent a relaxing time there.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

A beautiful hotel in the middle of Hamburg. Very, very friendly staff, we immediately felt at home. The spa area is sufficient for a weekend. The adjacent bar offers delicious drinks and a nice atmosphere to end the evening. The breakfast was outstanding! The only drawback: There is no privacy in the bathroom in the room. So if you're not traveling with your family, you have to be okay with the fact that you can see and hear everything that happens in the bathroom \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

An outstanding hotel at the highest level! From the warm welcome to the farewell, every employee was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. The service was first class, the cleanliness was impeccable and the ambience was simply elegant and stylish. Perfection is lived here in every respect. A stay that leaves nothing to be desired \u2013 we will definitely be back!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

We were in Hamburg with 2 other couples and stayed at this hotel. The location is great. You can reach most things on foot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly welcome, all wishes were taken into account. I was able to move into my room much earlier than planned, thank you again for that!!
