From what time can I check in at the SIDE Hotel?
You can check in at any time, we guarantee your room from 3pm.
Until what time can I check out?
You can use your room until 12:00 on the day of departure.
Does the hotel offer a late check-out?
Yes, we offer a late check-out, if it’s available. Please contact our Front Office Team early in advance.
How long is the SPA area open?
Our spa is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are welcome in the hotel for a surcharge. Your dog is greeted with its own bed, a food bowl and some treats. The cost per day, per dog is 25 EUR.
Is there parking available and how much does it cost?
We can park your car in our garage. The cost per night is 40 EUR.
What are the breakfast opening hours and what is included?
Our breakfast includes fresh juices, egg dishes, waffles and pancakes. On weekdays it opens from 6.30 until 11.00 am and the weekends from 7.00 until 12.00 am. The cost per person is EUR 35 for bookings made the day before and EUR 42 for bookings made on the same day.
Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
No, the hotel doesn’t have smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed at the roof top terrace.
Is there rooms with connecting doors?
Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms available.
How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel?
The Hamburg Airport is located 12 km north of the city. The approximate driving time is 20 minutes and costs approximately 50 EUR. The hotel also offers a driving butler service, who personally picks you up for a surcharge of 120 EUR per drive. Upon request you can also book our driving butler service for other destinations.
Are there gift vouchers available?
Yes, you can buy gift vouchers for the [m]eatery, Botanist Bar, for rooms and for SPA treatments. Gift vouchers can also be bought online.
Does the hotel offer extra beds or baby beds?
A baby bed is free of charge and includes a baby bathtub and a SIDE-stuffed animal. The extra bed cost 40 EUR per night.
Is there WIFI and how much does it cost?
The WIFI is free of charge for all hotel and restaurant guests.
What is the distance to the main central station?
You can reach the main central station in 5 minutes with the subway (U2 Gänsemarkt and U1 Stephansplatz) or you can walk approximately 20 minutes.
Is there a bank available near the hotel?
Yes, Hamburger Sparkasse, Commerzbank and Santander are located within walking distance of the hotel.
