Choose what you love

Juicy, healthy, finely marbled and hormone-free – these are the criteria when it comes to selecting our delicious products. There is simply no compromise when it comes to the quality of the meat.

Ageing

Our core product is the fine, dry-aged beef from our in-house ageing cell, in which the beef loins are matured for up to nine weeks at high humidity and just above freezing point.

Heating up

We heat up our meat at 800 °C on our original USA Southbend grills. The result: perfect steaks, crispy and caramelised on the outside and tender pink, juicy and full of intense flavours on the inside.

Meatery steaks now also for home

Thanks to the tremendous satisfaction of our guests at the meatery bar + restaurant, and not mention the great demand, we have decided to offer our products at home as well. Order by telephone for collection or directly on site and test the outstanding quality of our steaks, which are refined in our own ageing chamber – an exclusive treat to take away!

Opening times:

Sunday to Thursday from 17:00 - 22:00, kitchen closes at 21:30 Friday and Saturday from 17:00 - 23:00, kitchen closes at 22:30
Table reservations are also strongly recommended for hotel guests.
