Our steaks are juicy, finely marbled, hormone-free, and full of natural flavour. We simply do not compromise on the quality of the meat.
Aging
Our signature product is dry-aged beef, matured for up to nine weeks in our in-house ageing cell, where the beef loins mature for up to nine weeks in high humidity at just above freezing point.
Heating up
We grill our meat at 800 °C on our original USA Southbend grills. The result: perfect steaks that are crispy and caramelised on the outside and tender pink, juicy and full of intense flavour on the inside.
